Order Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation window: Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

Important: Cancellations are only accepted before the order has shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. Please refer to our Returns or Exchange sections below for further options.
Returns - Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is defective, incorrect, or damaged during shipping, we are happy to assist you with a return.
Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Used products are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Ship the item back to us using a return label you generate yourself. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is for a damaged / defective item/s.

Once we receive the item and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refund Details

Restocking fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all non-defective / undamaged returns.

Processing time: Refunds are processed within 1–7 business days after the returned item is received.

Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping costs: Original shipping costs are not refundable.
Returns - Customer Remorse (Wrong Item, Doesn't Fit, Changed Mind)
At this time, we do not accept returns for reasons related to customer remorse, such as ordering the wrong item, sizing issues, or a change of mind. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing guides, and images carefully before completing a purchase.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges if you would like to swap a product for a different size, colour, or variant.
