7. Missing Orders
What should customers do if they don’t receive their order?
Check your tracking. If there is no movement within the last 3 business days or tracking is showing as lost in transit, contact us at: sales@bendbrothers.com
You will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number once your order has been dispatched or you can track yoyr order via the Shop app
